Day 1: Welcome to Nepal
Arrival at Tribhuvan airport in Kathmandu (1340 meters), a warm welcome by our representative and transfer to hotel. Time to visit Durbar Square.

Day 2: Kathmandu
Visit the stunning Stupa of Boudhanath, the most important Buddhist cultural centre in Kathmandu, as many Tibetan refugees stopped at this resort, creating more than 50 Gompa (Tibetan monasteries). Since 1979, Boudhanath is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 3: Jiri - 1 hour
Depart early by car for Jiri 1950 m. It is an 8-9 hours trip, including stops on a good road that twists from one valley to the other. Jiri was the starting point for Everest trekking before the opening of Lukla Airport. From Jiri an hour walk is enough to reach the first camp at 2250 m.

Day 4: Shivalaya 1,810 m - 2,730 m Deorali - Bhandar 2190 m - 7 hrs
If the village of Shivalaya is lower than Jiri you will still have to cross a small pass at 2440 m. From Shivalaya a trail, very steep at first, takes us to Deorali, a small village on a ridge. After an hour descent , you will reach the village of Bhandar.

Day 5: Likhu Khola 1490 m - 3050 m Goli Gompa - 7 hours
Go down the path to the river Thado crossing a wooden bridge. You continue on the path to the Likhu River to enter the district of Solu Khumbu. Then this is a long climb up to the village of Gomb Gombache found behind a ridge.

Day 6: Nawar 3350 m – Pikey Peak Base Camp 3700 m - 6 hours
In the morning visit the local Gompa. Slight downhill trek before climbing to the village of Nawar (also written as Ngaur) and visit of the small gompa. Climbing to the Pikey Peak Base Camp. The camp is established depending on the availability of water.

Day 7: Pikey Peak 4065 m - Jase Pass - Thattok 3200m -Jumbesi - Mopung 2800m - 8 hours
Climb up to the peak of Pikey at 4065 m where the Himalayan chain is revealed throughout its length when the sky is clear. Downhill and Passage of Jase Pass followed by an hourly climb. Then we will have a steep descent to the forest to reach the valley of ThaktorKhola. We continue to the lovely village of Jumbesi to finish at Mopung.

Day 8: Thupten Choling Gompa 3050 m - 4200 m - 6 hours1 / 2
Visit of the great monastery of Thupten Choling, which has hundreds of small buildings hosting more than 400 monks and nuns. Keep climbing all morning in to the forest. Picnic before continuing on the crest of Pare Danda to the summer shelters at 4200 m.

Day 9: Saharsbeni 4000 m - 4600 m Dudh Kunda- 6 hours
A walk of just over 15 minutes to reach the pass and then a descent of 1 hour 30 to the Saharsbeni camp. Let your bags drop on Dudh Kunda, "the lake of milk" at 4600 meters. It is a beautiful ice lake at the foot of Karyolung and Numbur, which rise to almost 7,000 meters. The lake is sacred and pilgrims come here to take a dip in its frozen waters.

Day 10: Taksindu 3060 m-5 hours
Start with a slight climb before taking a long descent into the woods. The village of Taksindu will be gost to our camp. Visit the huge Gompa a few minutes’ walk.

Day 11: Chiwong Gompa 2950 m-4 hours
Move towards south along the Crest of Chyasingbare Danda in a beautiful rhododendron forest, then turn to the west to get off at Gompa Chiwong where the great Manu Rimdu ceremony takes place in the fall, and where you will camp.

Day 12: Phaplu 2,450 m - 2,780 m Chailsa - 5 hours.
Descend to Phaplu. The new "route" crosses the village and goes down slightly to the village of Salleri, the administrative center of SoluKhumbu. From here a path goes up gently to Chailsa at 2780 m. Chailsa is a Sherpa village where many Tibetan refugees have settled.
Overnight stay with a Sherpa family.

Day 13: Mulkharka 2900 m - 2 hours
Visit the school that hosts about 200 children, and various small monasteries around the village. Climb up to Phurlung La at 2985 m with a beautiful view of the Himalayas, if the sky is clear. The path descends on the opposite side to the village of Mulkharka at 2900 m which has a dozen houses.

Day 14: Nagiyang 1500 m-4 hours
Long descent in the KankuKhola valley. The trail has many steep points. Enter the RAI region. The Rai are one of the oldest ethnic groups in Nepal and they speak a Tibetan-Burman language. After a visit Losku and its school, go to the right bank to reach the village of Nagiyang, 1500 m, with houses strewn on small terraced farmhouses.

Day 15: Nagiyang
Visit of a large school overlooking beautiful scenery, around which the town of Loskusi is formed. The SCAA, with the participation of “Electricians Without Frontiers” had recently installed an hydroelectric system that provides electricity to the school during the day and to the village evening time.

Day 16: Ghunsa 2570 m - 6 hours
The climb starts with steep slopes through the different terrains. The slope then becomes smoother and the path passes through a forest and, at the crossing of the ridge, you are again in the Sherpa region. The trail will descend to the village of Ghunsa 2570 m.

Day 17: Garma 2420 m - 30 minutes
A very short walk, today, to recover from efforts of the previous day. We arrive at the village of Garma 2420 m. The village of Garma consists of Grama Alto and Garma Basso.

Day 18: Phaplu 2450 m -2 hours ½
Cross the village halls to reach Phaplu. Spend the night here. Night at the lodge.

Day 19: Kathmandu
Flight in the morning to Kathmandu. As flight times are subjected to weather conditions. Once in Kathmandu, rest of the day at your leisure.

Visit the stunning Boudhanath Stupa, the most important Buddhist cultural center in Kathmandu, as many refugees from Tibet stopped at this resort, creating more than 50 Gompa (Tibetan monasteries). Since 1979, Boudhanath is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the temple of Pashupatinath which is one of the most sacred temples for the Hindus. Visit the temple of Pashupatinath which is one of the most sacred temples for the Hindus. The temple is a large golden pagoda, decorated with brass and a beautiful silver plated door. This place, also known as Little Benares, is located along the Bagmati River, here every day many funeral ceremonies take place with the bodies that are burnt on the piers before dedicating the ashes to the Bagmati. Before leaving Pashupatinah we will go to Briddhashram "Elderly Home" (Seniors' Home) Social Welfare Center located in the temple district run by Mother Teresa's Sisters of Charity.

Day 21: Goodbye
After breakfast, the day at your disposal until the chosen time. Next, transfer to the airport and end of services.
